All bookings made through our website are treated as inquiries and are confirmed by our reservations team via email or phone. Rates quoted are per room, per night, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change until confirmed.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival for most room bookings. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may be subject to a one-night charge. Package and event bookings may carry different terms, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Guests are expected to respect the resort, its staff, and fellow guests, and to observe the wildlife and natural surroundings responsibly, particularly on safari excursions near Yala National Park.
Diyadahara Lake Resort is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from activities undertaken outside the resort premises, including third-party tours, transfers, and excursions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
